How to submit? - Preparation of pre-prints and final proceedings
The period for abstract submission is now closed.
As an author of Abstract, you have now been informed of the decision made by the Committee on International Heat Pipe Conference.
If your abstract was accepted, a manuscript number (3 digits) was assigned to your paper. You should now prepare your full manuscript and submit it by email before March 5th, 2012: ihpc16@insa-lyon.fr
Please name your full manuscript according to the following format: "ref-16ihpc_Paper_correspondingauthorname.doc" where "ref" is the 3 digit reference number and "correspondingauthorname" is the name of the corresponding author.

You should follow strictly the template. Especially, you should respect carefully the maximum size allowance, i.e. a macimum of 6 pages for each manuscript.
The manuscripts will be distributed under the form of the conference pre-prints. After the conference, a second review will be done by the Committee to prepare the final conference proceeding.
In case an article is not presented by one of the authors during the conference (orally or by poster, depending on the decision made by the Committee), it will not be included in the final proceeding.
Oral presentation
The oral presentations (except keynotes) will be assigned a time-slot of 20 minutes, i.e. 15 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of discussion.
Poster presentation
The posters will be displayed during the 4 days of conference close to the auditorium. Each poster will be assigned a supporting frame of about 1.2 m height x 1.0 m width. Two time slots of about 1h30 - 2h will be reserved for poster sessions so that any author of a poster is given enough time to fully present the communication. |
