All registration payments are to be made by credit card.
All fees are quoted in Euros.

Fees for the conference are as follows :

*Students must provide an evidence of their student status at the time of registration. Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.

**We have 30 rooms on the campus available for conference attendees. You can only book these rooms for 4 nights from Sunday 30th August evening to Thursday 3rd Septembre morning and pay 150 € for the whole stay. It must be paid at registration time and the availability will be on a "first in first out" basis. Notice that this price does not include breakfeast. Moreover, you have to bring a towel with you, bed sheets are provided but you will have to make your bed by yourself.

Conference Registration Fee includes :

• Participation to the technical program of the conference,
• Proceedings,
• Lunches and coffee breaks
• The Gala dinner
• Guided tours in Lyon 09/02/09 afternoon)

If you present a paper (oral communication or poster), please indicate in the following form your paper number, if not write an x.

To get your paper published in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must register to the conference (one author per paper). Without payment, papers will be removed.

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to attend the conference. If a speaker has to cancel a presentation, he/she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact IDA09@liris.cnrs.fr immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation (see IDA'09 no-show policy).
